Throughout November 2016 the North East Catchment Management Authority (CMA), held six local Natural
Resource Management (NRM) Investment Forums across North East Victoria. The sessions, attended by over
80 community members aimed to consult the community around their NRM priorities.
These sessions culminated in a large cross agency NRM Investment Roundtable to consider the community’s
priorities and begin to formulate a regional NRM investment plan.
The following document aims to provide a summary of what the North East CMA heard at these sessions and how the
information will be used to inform future investment priorities.
