Regional Landcare Coordinator

We are currently seeking the right person to join our Business and Partnerships team.

The position is responsible for administering the Victorian Landcare Grants Program (State Government) in north-east Victoria and providing support and facilitation for professional development and strategic development of regional Landcare groups and networks. The position will liaise closely with internal North East CMA staff and develop a supporting network of counterparts at the other nine CMAs in Victoria to ensure the delivery of Landcare services remains contemporary and integrated into regional and state-wide strategies.

The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee all assigned activities in relation to the delivery of the Regional Landcare Program, including implementation of the North East CMA Regional Landcare Support Plan.
  • Oversee the development, approval and implementation of relevant grant funding from various investors.
  • Represent North East CMA as a point of contact with Landcare, community groups, land managers, public authorities and government agencies.
  •  Promote use and adoption of new and existing citizen science programs for Landcare and community environmental groups.
  •  Assist with the development and maintenance of group and network strategic plans.

This is a part time, 0.5FTE fixed term (job share arrangement) position ending 10th September 2025 and is based in Wodonga, Tallangatta or Everton. The salary package range of $68,919 - $84,583 plus superannuation will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.

Senior Investment and Reporting Officer

We are currently seeking the right person to join our Business and Partnerships team.

This position will provide overall coordination and support to North East CMA staff to develop investment proposals and meet reporting obligations. This includes quality control, investor relationship management, output tracking, contract management and annual organisational reporting.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience and expertise in public sector investment and reporting frameworks.
  • Exceptional organisation and office management skills
  • A solid understanding of governance principles and practises

This is a full time, 12 month fixed term position (part-time negotiable) and can be based in our Wodonga, Everton or Tallangatta offices. The salary package of $87,603 to $97,217, plus superannuation, will be negotiated based on experience.
