The Australian Government has announced the successful projects to be delivered under the Regional Land Partnerships program. Under the program, the Government will support the delivery of 195 projects that aim to contribute to four environment and two agriculture outcomes over the next five years. The Government’s investment will support vital on-ground environment and agricultural projects across the country that offer benefits to our environment, our farms, and our communities.
At least 20 per cent of the project budget in each Management Unit will be used for supporting on-ground projects and related activities that are delivered by, or directly engage with, the local landcare community. These projects will be delivered across 49 management units across Australia. The Government is firmly committed to, and working hard to ensure, national coverage for the program.
